Cowan Flooring is a small, local, family-owned business,
with myself (Dad) and my two sons Karl and Joshua.
We pride ourselves on old school services.
My role in the Company is Project Manager - I consult with clients
and install where required with my two sons.
Karl and Joshua are also Directors of the Company.
They both have Quality Floor Laying Knowledge and Experience,
and they focus on installations.
We love working together for a common cause,
and complement each other in different ways to get the job done.
We are very genuine with customer service and job satisfaction,
and will not walk away from any job until the client is happy in every way
and always communicate with the client throughout the job
to ensure a smooth experience and minimal disruption for best customer satisfaction.
Basically we care about what we do, the people we work with and their needs.
